Signal Theory is a brand development, marketing and design firm with offices in Kansas City, MO and Wichita, KS. Prior to working with BHB, women were not represented in creative leadership, BIPOC were not being hired at the rate the company wanted and employees needed an outlet and the tools to speak openly and honestly about what they wanted from the agency. Today, their meetings, events and active Instagram continue to push the company culture forward.
In order to continuously shift company culture, chapters are employee-led and supported by BHB through coaching and consulting.
If you’re interested in starting a BHB chapter at your own company, please contact us. We’d love to get you started with some introductory classes, get to know you and your company, see your workplace and have some honest, open and uncomfortable conversations. Because employee-driven groups require commitment from every level, we’d like to spend some time with you before adding you to our chapter roster.
